“Justice League: Crisis On Two Earths” Video, “Wonder Woman” Soundtrack Updates


According to various home media retailing outlets and independent research, the recent Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths direct-to-video animated feature remained a solid seller for Warner Home Video in its second week, keeping in the Top 20 on the DVD sales charts. The acclaimed DC Universe Animated Original Movie title moved an estimated 60,000 copies for the week ending March 7th, 2010, the second week of availability for the title. Since its February 23rd, 2010 release, the animated feature has sold a cumulative 265,000 estimated units on DVD and an estimated 74,000 on Blu-ray. Keep in mind the sales numbers above do not take into account rental numbers, OnDemand numbers, or legal download numbers.

Additionally, the long-awaited Wonder Woman Soundtrack From the DC Universe Animated Original Movie score soundtrack compact disc release will be made available to own beginning tomorrow, Wednesday, April 7th, 2010 from La-La Land Records. Copies of this limited edition CD release will be available to order beginning at 12pm Pacific Time / 3pm Eastern Time on April 7th, 2010 through the La-La Land Records website and other online supporting soundtrack specialty stores. Only 1200 copies will be available. WaterTower Music currently has the Wonder Woman Soundtrack From the DC Universe Animated Original Movie score available to own as a digital download through iTunes and other digital music outlets.

Complete “Batman: The Brave And The Bold” Cartoon Network April 2010 Schedule

Cartoon Network has released the complete schedule details for Batman: The Brave and The Bold episodes slated to air on the network this month, April 2010, including the premiere of the highly-anticipated “Chill of the Night!” episode featuring the voice work of Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill. The episode, originally scheduled to air in late February 2010, is now currently scheduled to air this Friday, April 9th, 2010 at 7:30pm (ET) on the network. Friday, April 9th, 2010 at 7:30pm (ET) – “Chill of the Night!”New!
The Spectre and The Phantom Stranger observe Batman as he uncovers the mystery of who killed his parents and travels back intime to team up with his own father.

Friday, April 16th, 2010 at 7:30pm (ET) – “Gorillas in Our Midst!”New!
Gorilla Grodd and his super secret ape alliance replace Gotham’s entire human population with gorillas. Batman teams with Detective Chimp, B’Wana Beast and Vixen to thwart the mad Grodd’s plans.

Friday, April 23rd, 2010 at 7:30pm (ET) – “The Fate of Equinox!”
Batman has his final battle with the balance-obsessed villain Equinox as the maniac tries to remake the universe in his own image.

Friday, April 30th, 2010 at 7:30pm (ET) – “Mayhem of the Music Meister!”
Batman and Black Canary are pitted against Music Meister, who is able to exert powerful mind control through song. When he hijacks a communications satellite, the entire world becomes subject to his musical bidding.

Teletoon Retro has provided initial schedule details for classic Batman: The Animated Series episodes scheduled to air on the specialty Canadian network this month, in April 2010. Please note the schedule information listed below is provided by Teletoon.

Friday, April 2nd, 2010 – “Christmas With the Joker”
The Joker kidnaps three prominent citizens during Christmas and challenges Batman to find him before midnight.

Friday, April 9th, 2010 – “The Underdwellers”
Batman discovers a gang of forgotten runaways living deep within the Gotham sewer system.

Friday, April 16th, 2010 – “The Forgotten”
When men begin disappearing at a bowery, Bruce Wayne decides to go undercover as a worker. He loses his memory after he is attacked, kidnapped and forced to work in a mining camp.

Friday, April 23rd, 2010 – “Beware The Gray Ghost”
Batman connects recent bombings in Gotham to an episode of an old television series featuring his favorite boyhood hero, the “Gray Ghost.”
