Review
The poorest of all the Batman Beyond episodes, and even worse
than some of the horrible 'normal' Batman episodes. This was a poor
attempt to make a "Fantastic Four" parody, and mock them because they
aren't real heroes as they were accidents. This was hardly pulled off at
all. There was no good lines, no character development, and poor use of
the new character, General Norman. The one liners were terrible, and the
reasoning for trying to kill the Matt on Dr. Hodges part was just lame.
The animation was okay, but the character designs lacked severely. They
couldn't even come up with a new design for Magma, just re-colored
Clayface in a way. There was some bad work on expressions, such as when
Magma punches 2-D Man in the head and then just stands still. The whole
episode was just rotten. The best part was the Superman commercial
during it with the Flash.
Another disappointment was the voice use of Robert Davi whom some might
know from 007's License to Kill. He is a great actor and deserved
better than. . . this.
