Bio: Father of Kathy Duquesne, Carlton Duquesne was a big time
crime boss, much like Rupert Thorne and the Penguin. It's no wonder that
he later allied himself with the two, in an effort to move a large
supply of arms out of Gotham. Their plan failed, however, when Batman
and Batwoman intervened and destroyed the shipment of arms.
Carlton was later surprised to find out that his own daughter was one of
the women behind the Batwoman mask; unfortunately for him, he was unable
to be surprised for very long before being taken to prison. |
