Bio: When one of Batman’s vehicles is on the fritz, the car is brought into Earl Cooper’s secret garage for repairs. Earl Cooper was saved by Batman when Earl’s former boss ordered a hit on him for wanting to forestall a release of a new line of cars their company was putting out due to faulty brakes.

Earl is aided by his young daughter, Martha.
