Bio: After growing broke building a new casino in Gotham, Kaiser
could either go bankrupt or find a way to get out of debt. Deciding to
re-tool the casino into Joker Decor, Kaiser banked on the Casino being
blown to pieces by a jealous Joker and Kaiser could then collect the
insurance money. The plan was found out by Batman and Batman told Joker,
who nearly ended up killing Kaiser. |
