Below are several of the "flash cards" that the JL team uses to spruce up a punch. Some are simply white or black frames that last no more than a second, while others, like the ones listed below, are used to make the punch a bit snappier. The final image in the row is from "Starcrossed." It was used during a scene where Hro Talek slapped Shayera and producer Bruce Timm drew and inserted a quick "easter egg." 
 
 
 
 
 
 Below are the flash frames from J'onn's telepathic summons of Superman in "Secret Origins." Not all are included, due to the fact there was simply too many and the DVD compression on some made for some really poor quality images.
