Aliens invade the Earth and wreak havoc in many major cities, and neither Batman or Superman are able to stop them. They later discover and free the imprisoned J'onn J'onzz, but are confronted by an alien army. Using his vast personal fortune, Luthor hires a team of the world's most powerful super-villains to destroy Superman and the Justice League. Episode #09 - Injustice For All, Part 2 Original Airdate - September 13th, 2002 With The Joker, The Ultra-Humanite, Solomon Grundy, Shade, Star Sapphire, Cheetah and Copperhead to assist him, and a captured Batman, Luthor begins to strengthen his diabolical efforts. Episode #13 - War World, Part 2 Original Airdate - March 3rd, 2002 Superman must face down Mongul and Draaga for the fate of himself and the world. Episode #14 - The Brave And The Bold, Part 1 Original Airdate - March 10th, 2002 Flash and Green Lantern stumble upon Gorilla Grodd and a plot against the secret "Gorilla City". Episode #15 - The Brave And The Bold, Part 2 Original Airdate - March 17th, 2002 Flash must stop Gorilla Grodd while Green Lantern attempts to disarm warheads. Episode #16 - Fury, Part 1 Original Airdate - April 7th, 2002 When a renegade Amazon named Aresia takes over Lex Luthor's old gang, Wonder Woman and Hawkgirl must team up to stop her from destroying Man's world. Episode #17 - Fury, Part 2 Original Airdate - April 14th, 2002 With the man's population quickly dropping, Hawkgirl and Wonder Woman rush to stop Areshia from unleashing her plague upon the world. Episode #18 - Legends, Part 1 Original Airdate - April 21st, 2002 During a fight with Lex Luthor, the Justice League is blasted into an alternate reality where they meet the Justice Guild of America, a group of old-fashioned comic-book heroes whose exploits Green Lantern remembers reading about when he was a kid. Episode #19 - Legends, Part 2 Original Airdate - April 28th, 2002 After coming across startling evidence concerning the Justice Guild, Green Lantern approaches the heroes with it with horrific results. Episode #20 - A Knight of Shadows, Part 1 Original Airdate - September 20th, 2002 Morgaine le Faye is an ancient sorceress who is assisted by the demon Etrigan in her quest for the legendary Sorcerer's Stone. The Justice League must stop Morgaine le Faye before she captures this object that would give her the power to rule the world. Episode #21 - A Knight of Shadows, Part 2 Original Airdate - September 27th, 2002 The Justice League team up with a demon to prevent the evil Morgaine le Faye from finishing her quest to find the Sorcerer's Stone - a legendary object that greats great power. Episode #22 - Metamorphosis, Part 1 Original Airdate - October 4th, 2002 The Green Lantern's old friend is accidentally exposed to an experimental ray which transforms him into the evil mutant Metamorpho. Episode #23 - Metamorphosis, Part 2 Original Airdate -October 4th, 2002 When Green Lantern's old friend is transformed into an evil mutant, Green Lantern has to reassess how he must handle this situation. Episode #24 - The Savage Time, Part 1 Original Airdate - November 9th 2002 -First Season Finale The Justice League returns from a mission in deep space to find a world that has drastically changed - for the worse. A ruthless, repressive dictator named Vandal Savage has seized control. Episode #25 - The Savage Time, Part 2 Original Airdate -November 9th 2002 -First Season Finale To restore life as they know it, the world's greatest collection of superheroes must travel back in time and team up with Sgt. Rock and his military squadron, the Blackhawks. Together, they must re-fight a world war in order to stop Savage from taking power. Episode #26 - The Savage Time, Part 3 Original Airdate - November 9th 2002 -First Season Finale The battle to restore order becomes more and more personal as the high stakes of re-fighting a world war begin to take it's toll. |
