Real Name: Rhienholdt Kragov

Rhienholdt Kragov spent much of his life searching for his father, The Red Skull, eventually freeing him from his prison. After gaining political power, he was eventually able to gain control of a doomsday weapon, which bestowed Kragov with impressive power. He then redubbed himself Electro, The Living God of Electricity. Realising he was the most powerful creature on Earth, demanded the UN declare him undisputed ruler of the world. After Captain America and Spider-Man fixed a dimensional prison, the same which kept Captain America and The Skull in stasis for 50 years, Electro found himself trapped inside it, his new powers inadvertently feeding the prison to keep him locked up for good.
