An operation turned an ordinary thug into a dangerous one. Replacing most of his skull with adamantium, Hammerhead was always known for using his head, especially as a battering ram. Climbing his way up from nameless crook to hired fist, Hammerhead was Silvermane's right-hand man until he was fired for continually botching jobs. After a short stint with The Kingpin, he continues to be a major force in the New York underworld.
