An alternate reality version of Peter Parker who became insane after being told he was a clone. While attempting to stop The Kingpin with the real Peter Parker, who temporarily took the name The Scarlet Spider while he and Peter figure out their respective clone status, the carnage symbiote was released and bonded with Peter, creating Spider-Carnage.

Believing the entire universe was tormenting him; Spider-Carnage forged an alliance with The Kingpin and planned to completely destroy all reality by pulling everything into a dimensional portal. After his attempt was stopped by several Spider-Men from different dimensions, he realized the error of his way after a talk with the Uncle Ben from a different dimension. Apologizing for all the evil he committed, he destroyed the dimensional portal device and took his own life.
