Spidey is laid low by two criminals and rescued by Captain Stacy, to whom he returns the favor when Stacy is held hostage by escaping criminals.

An odd episode and one that's only here because it features the only animated appearance of Captain George Stacy. It's something I've never really seen in a cartoon before, and the story of Spidey breaking out of prison was certainly an interesting one, as was Spidey being knocked unconscious and being arrested. Unfortunately, after a while, it became clear that the writer had no intention of following either story through to its full capacity. The episode slow pacing often made it tedious to sit through.

The episode itself wasn't too bad, but it could've and should've been a lot better.
