Bio: The Kingpin controls nearly all of the crime in New York City, rising up from the streets to the criminal overlord of the city. As with other foes, The Kingpin is devious and cunning. Spider-Man is tricked by The Kingpin into stealing the TX-1 super-chip, designed to de-crypt the confidential satellite transmissions that drive the world's financial markets. Disguised as federal agents, Kingpin's henchmen convince Spider-Man that he should steal the chip from the "mob" and return it to them, the FBI.

When Spider-Man learns that he's been had, he must get it back at all costs, before the FBI blame both him and Peter Parker!
