A mysterious vigilante to patrols the slums of Counter Earth, he believed Spider-Man was a menace before seeing him save Naoko Yamada-Jones and her son Shane from Venom and Carnage. His identity remains unknown to most of those on Counter Earth, but under that mask he's Hector Jones, father to Naoko's son, Shane. The Green Goblin would eventually partner with Spider-Man to fight off The High Evolutionary.
