A master geneticist, the High Evolutionary saw Counter Earth as a would he could improve and rebuild to his liking, believing it to be a world festering with selfishness, brutality and violence. He created The Beastials, a hybrid creature with a human's intelligence and an animal's nobility, and set about creating his future world ... with himself as undisputed ruler. Ruling the planet, he's met with resistance from the local human community. He continues to hold the resistance at bay, though has come into conflict with them multiple times, and bides his time until he can properly eradicate them from the planet.
