Bio: Mr. and Mrs. Foley are the loving parents of Richie Foley,
friend of Static and also known as “Gear.”
While he wasn’t close his father at first due to his racism, when Richie
was captured by Ebon as an attempt to lure Static and get rid of him
once and for all, Mr. Foley was aided by Virgil’s father. Looking past
his racism, Mr. Foley was able to help rescue his son. |
