Bio: When Joker came to Dakota to recruit a few Bang Babies, he
encountered not only Static, but Batman and Robin as well. Laying a trap
for them, he nearly killed Batman and Robin before Static discovered
their location, shutting Joker’s plan down.
Joker was returned to Arkham Asylum in Gotham City.
