Bio: After impersonating Green Lantern and his true identity
found out, Sinestro revealed his motives. By killing and humiliating all
the Green Lanterns in the universe, he would collect their rings and
absorb their power until he was the only one left. Unfortunately for
him, Green Lantern was able to regain some of his power and Static aided
him in defeating Sinestro.
