Bio: A hero from Dakota’s 70’s, Soul Power returned to fight his
arch nemesis Professor Menace with the help of his old side-kick Sparky
and the new Dakota hero, Static. Together they were able to reveal
Menace’s plot and take him down.
Soul Power gained his powers from an electromagnetic explosion from a
dam’s generator. Dubbing himself “Soul Power”, he took on the world’s
evils, but resided mainly in Dakota. Soul Power retired when he was no
longer needed. |
