Bio: The overly pompous curator of Arkham Aslyum, Bagley lets his ego
shine whenever he has the chance. When Alfred called Bagley to
distract him from his keys so The Batman could grab them and talk to
Joker, Bagley let everything fly--from his glorious inmates of
Penguin, Mr. Freeze and his "prize", Joker.
