Biography:
One of the original members of the Justice League recruited by
The Martian Manhunter, The Green Arrow first traveled to Gotham when
he believed Bruce Wayne was responsible for a mysterious illness
that was sweeping the city. Batman was quick to assure Arrow that
Wayne was innocent and later confided his secret with him to confirm
it as they learned that Count Vertigo was the culprit and was hoping
to use a giant vertigo inducing machine to hold the city to ransom.
An exceptionally skilled marksman, Green Arrow learned his trade
after Count Vertigo was ultimately responsible for leaving him
stranded on a deserted island, Quinn mastered the use of a bow and
arrow in order to survive. He, Batman and Robin eventually defeated
Vertigo and continue to act as members of The Justice League.
