Julie J.
First Appearance: "The Call of the Cobblepot"
Position: The Penguin's Enforcers
Bio: Julie was Edward Nygma's lab
assistant and helped him researching and developing his external
memory device named the "memory patch." She later betrayed him and
sold his device and research to Gorman, pocketing in on Nygma's
genius.
When The Riddler later discovered it was her who sold him out and
not Gorman, he attempted to question her about it but was brought to
justice by The Batman and Robin. Batman then went on to question her
morality, by providing a riddle of his own: "When is a villain not
the villain?"
