Bio: A brilliant inventor and businessman, Paul Karon
became wheelchair bound when a demonstration of his newest
invention, a device that could break apart buildings with ease, was
interrupted by The Joker. While The Batman tried to take him down,
Karon was got in a rogue blast that caused the stage to fall down
and cripple him.
Karon was responsible for creating exo-skeleton suits to help those
with disabilities to be able to become mobile again. In addition, he
had a fabric that could become invisible and mask a persons heat
signature. While Batman and Robin initially thought that he was
using this technology to get revenge on all of Gotham's criminals,
it was later revealed that Karon's body guard, Mario, was exacting
the revenge without Karon's knowledge.
