Bio: After seeing a movie that focused on villains banding together to accomplish an objective, The Penguin got an idea to form his own team of villains: Killer Croc, Ragdoll, Firefly and Killer Moth. Despite recommendations from Firefly ("The Gotham Gangstas") and Ragdoll ("Villains United"), Penguin was steadfast in the team name and it stuck...until his team started to lose faith in his abilities. While Killer Croc, Firefly and Ragdoll tried to leave the team, after a transformed Killer Moth showed up and bared his fangs (and wings) of his new form, the team decided to stick together, but only from fear of Killer Moth. Moth remained loyal to Penguin, but in the end his dimwitted nature allowed him and the rest of the team to be taken down.
