Bio:Count Vertigo erected a giant vertigo inducing contraption in
hopes of forcing Gotham City into submission but his plan was foiled
as Green Arrow arrived in Gotham City and aligned himself with The
Dynamic Duo eventually stopping his mad ambition dead in it’s
tracks.
