Bio: When Joker "escaped" from Arkham,
his first act of duty was to round up the fifty-two people that put
him there. Ranging from police, to the mayor, to Judge Wigzell and
even The Batman. Turning Wigzell into a giant playing card and then
tossing him into the river, things looked grim for Wigzell until The
Batman swam down to save him.
