“The New Batman Adventures,” “The Batman” Coming To DC Universe In February 2019


DC Universe has announced that episodes of The Batman and episodes from the The New Batman Adventures-era of Batman: The Animated Series will be added to the streaming service starting in February 2019. The Batman will debut on the streaming service starting February 8, with episodes of The New Batman Adventures joining a week earlier on February 1. The Batman, produced by Jeff Matsuda and Glen Murakami and starring Rino Romano as The Dark Knight, aired for five seasons on Kids’WB, from 2004 – 2008. For the first time ever DC Universe is now showing Reign of the Supermen on the same day it hit the shelves on DVD and Blu Ray.

But that’s not the only great thing added to the platform this month. Get yourself ready for the February 15th release of Doom Patrol, DC Universe’s next live-action series, not to mention Krypton Season 1 hitting spring 2019. New video and double the comics are available to DC Universe subscribers.

Also, don’t miss the Black History celebration in February where DC Universe will have all the classic stories and characters to honor the important contributions and achievements of African Americans throughout history.
