Bio: The man who murdered Bruce Wayne's parents became as
obsessed as Bruce Wayne himself.
Haunted by the night that he killed Thomas and Martha Wayne, he
began seeing Bruce Wayne everywhere; on the faces of random
people, in the place of portraits--anywhere there was a face, it
was Bruce Wayne's that he saw. Chill spent his entire life
looking over his shoulder, paranoid that Wayne would be around
every corner.
Eventually, his paranoia took over. When falling from a
building, he ripped off Batman's mask, and was horrified at the
sight underneath. Refusing Batman's help, he fell to his death.
