Bio: The wife of Kirk Langstrom, the first Man-Bat, Francine was
exposed to the serum when her father was working late in the lab one
night, trying to perfect it. After she startled her father, he dropped
the vial that contained the serum, shattering it on the floor. Helping
clean up the mess, Francine was cut by the glass and the serum entered
her bloodstream, causing her to transform into the Man-Bat.
Batman was able to cure her eventually, after wrongly mistaking Kirk
Langstrom for taking the serum again. |
