“Batman: The Adventures Continue,” More, Coming May 2020 From DC Comics

DC Comics will launch the print edition of the digital-first series Batman: The Adventures Continue in May 2020, which will feature new stories from the world of Batman: The Animated Series. The digital-first edition of this series is slated to be available in April 2020. Batman: The Adventures Continue will be co-written by Paul Dini and Alan Burnett, with artwork by Ty Templeton. DC Comics will also release a special $2 reprint of The Batman Adventures #1 and a new Batgirl-centric trade paperback collection. Continue below for artwork and release details.

DC Comics Releases “Harley Quinn And The Gotham Girls” Collection, “The Batman Adventures” #12 Reprint Details

DC Comics has released official details for the upcoming February 2020-dated Harley Quinn and the Gotham Girls trade paperback collection, plus details on a special $1 reprint of The Batman Adventures #12 hitting shelves in January 2020. Harley Quinn and the Gotham Girls collects all five issues of the 2002 Gotham Girls mini-series, published by DC Comics and loosely based on the 2000 Gotham Girls online animated series, itself spun out of Batman: The Animated Series. “The New Batman Adventures,” “The Batman” Coming To DC Universe In February 2019

DC Universe has announced that episodes of The Batman and episodes from the The New Batman Adventures-era of Batman: The Animated Series will be added to the streaming service starting in February 2019. Press Details for what’s coming to the streaming service in February 2019 can be found below. The Batman will debut on the streaming service starting February 8, with episodes of The New Batman Adventures joining a week earlier on February 1. The Batman, produced by Jeff Matsuda and Glen Murakami and starring Rino Romano as The Dark Knight, aired for five seasons on Kids’WB, from 2004 – 2008. For the first time ever DC Universe is now showing Reign of the Supermen on the same day it hit the shelves on DVD and Blu Ray.

But that’s not the only great thing added to the platform this month. Get yourself ready for the February 15th release of Doom Patrol, DC Universe’s next live-action series, not to mention Krypton Season 1 hitting spring 2019. New video and double the comics are available to DC Universe subscribers.

Also, don’t miss the Black History celebration in February where DC Universe will have all the classic stories and characters to honor the important contributions and achievements of African Americans throughout history.

“Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures” Comic Collection Coming July 2017

IDW Publishing and DC Comics announced a collection of the monthly Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures comic mini-series will hit shelves in July 2017. The mini-series, written by Matthew K. Manning with art by Jon Sommariva, has been a successful venture for the co-publishers, earning both critical and fan acclaim. In Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures, villains start to mysteriously escape Arkham and Batman seeks to track them down, but he discovers that they have left Gotham completely… and gone to the New York City of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. “Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman,” “Superman: Brainiac Attacks” Now Available On Blu-ray

The animated features Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman and Superman: Brainiac Attacks are both now available to own on the Blu-ray format from Warner Home Video. The suggested retail price for both titles is $14.98. Both titles were previously released to DVD and for legal download from select online vendors. The new Blu-ray releases for Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman and Superman: Brainiac Attacks carry over the majority of bonus material from the original DVD releases, with the exception of time-specific or format specific features. Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman originally debuted on DVD home video in 2003, with Superman: Brainiac Attacks released to home video in 2006. Continue below for package artwork.
