The Zeta Project sported two different intros; one attached to season one was comprised of episode clips take from "The
Accomplice." The season two intro had clips from the tail end of season one.

The end credits for the show remained constant throughout season one and two, aside from season two’s finale, "The Hologram Man", which featured a shot of Dr. Selig as the background.
