Images, Video Clip From Upcoming New Episode Of “Teen Titans Go!”

Cartoon Network has provided The World’s Finest with new stills and a clip from the upcoming Teen Titans Go! episode “Lazy Sunday,” airing Wednesday, October 9th, 2013 at 7:30pm (ET/PT). The half-hour comedy/adventure series – which features two 11-minute tales – airs Wednesdays at 7:30pm (ET/PT) on Cartoon Network, with rebroadcasts airing during the DC Nation programming block Saturday and Sunday mornings at 10:30am (ET/PT). Please note the new story “Lazy Sunday” will be paired with a re-airing of a previously-aired 11-minute tale. Image And Clip From New DC Nation “Metal Men” Animated Short

Cartoon Network and Warner Bros. Animation have released media for new animated short-form content set to debut this Saturday, September 28th, 2013 during the DC Nation programming block. The animated short “Metal Men – Identity Crisis” will make its debut this weekend. The hour-long DC Nation programming block airs Saturdays and Sundays at 10:00am (ET/PT) on Cartoon Network. The DC Nation animated shorts star a host of different DC Comics characters in varying styles, and are usually paired with live-action interstitials. October 2013 Episode Schedule Details For “Beware The Batman” On Cartoon Network

Cartoon Network has provided The World’s Finest with a first look at the October 2013 schedule for new Beware The Batman episodes slated to debut. Beware The Batman, which airs Saturdays at 10:00am (ET/PT) as part of the DC Nation programming block on Cartoon Network, offers a radical new take on the established Batman mythos. Beware The Batman is the latest animated series based on DC Comics characters to be added to DC Nation, Cartoon Network’s Saturday morning hour-long programming block. The series is joined by Teen Titans Go! at 10:30am (ET/PT) and additional all-new DC Nation animated shorts. Only two new episodes of Beware The Batman are slated to air during the month. “Attraction” – Magpie returns… and is determined to take out Batman’s new partner Katana at any cost.

Beware The Batman reruns for the month include “Hunted” on Saturday, October 12th, 2013, “Secrets” on Sunday, October 13th, 2013, “Tests” on Saturday, October 19th, 2013, and “Safe” on Sunday, October 20th, 2013. Cartoon Network describes the series as follows, as seen below.

New Image Released From Upcoming “Justice League: War” Animated Feature

Warner Home Video has released a new image from the upcoming direct-to-video Justice League: War animated feature. Darkseid’s lackey Desaad is featured in the newly-release content. The upcoming DC Universe Animated Original Movie title, scheduled for release come Early 2014 from Warner Home Video, will be an adaptation of the “Justice League: Origin” storyline recently published by DC Comics. “Justice League: Origin,” written by Geoff Johns with artwork by Jim Lee and Scott Williams, kicked off the comic publisher’s current ongoing “The New 52” comic-line initiative. Main cast details for Justice League: War include Jason O’Mara as Batman, Alan Tudyk as Superman, Michelle Monaghan as Wonder Woman, Christopher Gorham as The Flash, Justin Kirk as Green Lantern, Shemar Moore as Cyborg, Sean Astin as Shazam, and Steve Blum as Darkseid. Jay Oliva is confirmed as director for Justice League: War, with Heath Corson adapting the original “Justice League: Origin” comic book storyline.

Justice League: War is set for release come Early 2014 as part of the DC Universe Animated Original Movie line from Warner Home Video. Before that, the next release under the DC Universe Animated Original Movie banner will be a Deluxe Edition release of Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, details of which can be found here.
