“Green Lantern: The Animated Series” Comic Debuts November 2011, Other Solicitations
DC Comics has released comic solicitation information for the publisher’s November 2011 library of releases, revealing an all-new comic series based on the upcoming Cartoon Network CGI-animated series Green Lantern: The Animated Series is set to launch that month. The series will explore the background of the characters featured in the forthcoming animated series. Art Baltazar and Franco, late of the Young Justice comic series also published by DC Comics, will write the series. Dario Brizuela, who recently worked on the Justice League Adventures, will provide the artwork for the new comic title. Continue below for further details and click the image for a closer look.

The trailer focuses on Mr. Freeze, one of the villainous opponents in the upcoming video game sequel. Batman: Arkham City will be available October 18th, 2011 in North America for Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, Games for Windows PC and the PlayStation3 computer entertainment system.
