Bio: Sir Swami, Music Master, Dr. Blizzard, and Sportsman make up the core group of villains in Sea Board City. It's here they wreak havoc for the Justice Guild to clean-up and continue the good fight.

Ray Thompson…he's the big one. He makes everything happen–literally.
Ray was transformed when a nuclear bomb went off, destroying the city and most of its inhabitants. Ray gained the power to control people and make images with his mind–creating the Justice Guild again, and making the city as happy as it was once before. Ray's dream world faded away when J'onn J'onzz sensed that something wasn't right–and he found out
Ray was the one behind it. Once J'onn got inside of Ray's head, it was only a matter of time before Sea Board City was lost from his control–freeing its inhabitants from his control once and for all.
