| Bio: Frankie and Royce stole a briefcase from a man on the subway on their way to school. After they opened the locked briefcase, they discovered that capsules of the Bang Baby gas were inside. Though Royce wouldn’t take any of the gas, Frankie took too much and was transformed into a hideous Bang Baby, one that was eventually stopped by Static. |
