Adventures Changes: Fired from the GPD; freelance detective
Bio: After embarrassing The Penguin during one of his campaign speeches, Bullock never thought that he would be fire for his act–but once The Penguin came into office, Bullock was shown the door. He worked with Ricky Squib, Private Eye, for a short time until the assassin Deadshot was hired to kill him. Taking what Ricky had found on the Mayor, Bullock turned to Batman in an effort to hopefully get The Penguin out of office. Unfortunately, all that was found was some saucy photos of The Penguin and female companions at a campaign party–hardly enough to put him out of office. |
