Bio: Rival of Bucky, Dr. Tannor stole Bucky’s invention and
presented it as his own, beginning a long rivalry between the two.
Tannor eventually sought out Bucky’s help when his anti-aging formula
had turned not only his customers into children, but Bucky’s parents
into toddlers as well. Bucky eventually helped stop the aging and
returned his parents, and all of Tannor’s customers, back to normal. |
