Bio: Driving himself underground, Patrick decided he could never life on the streets of Gotham. Horribly disfigured and mutated years ago, Patrick now resembles the only creature that has brought him comfort – a rat. A sociopath unable to properly interact with other people, Patrick learned how to control vermin through manipulation and simple instruments, like a whistle.
