Bio: Teenagers known as ?Splicers? are those who went in for genetic mutation that spliced their DNA with that of an animal. Splicing was the brainchild of Dr. Cuvier and was a hot trend among Gotham’s teens. Batman put a stop to Cuvier’s DNA mutation when it was discovered to have adverse side affects. Most Splicers reverted to their previous selves via an antidote, but a few remained what they were. |
