| Review When we last left our heroes, Max had just been kidnapped by Kobra, and
Batman had just been brutally defeated, and lay unconscious in a street alley. Will Batman recover to save Max in time? Does he have the skill and cunning to beat Xander? The episode begins with Bruce questioning Kairi about Xander, and Kairi can only give him a phone number and an apology. She knew that Xander was involved in a cult, she just hoped that she would be able to teach
Xander order and good, before he turned to evil. (Flashbacks of
Obi-Wan/Vader…) Meanwhile we learn that Terry suffered a few broken ribs as a result of his fall last night. On the other hand, Max is making good progress in escaping from Kobra’s henchmen before a large reptilian creature captures and brings her to Xander. Xander reveals that he has been genetically designed and specially raised to become the leader of Kobra. His plan is to drop the thermonuclear bomb into a volcano which will cause the entire world to heat up making it only suitable for reptiles to live in. The stolen dinosaur DNA allows all of
Kobra to be transformed into reptilian creatures. Of course, Xander wants Max to be his queen. However, before Max can be turned into a dinosaur, Bruce and Terry figure out Kobra’s plans and Batman manages to save Max. During a confrontation with Xander, Xander turns himself into a reptile. With increased strength and speed, Xander begins to gain the upper hand.
Suddenly a masked ninja appears, and reveals herself to be Kairi. Batman and Kairi manage to defeat Xander and start to evacuate the airship.
During their escape, Xander runs after them and Kairi sacrifices herself so that Terry and Max can escape safely. |
