Featured Characters: Mayor, Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy Original Air Date: October 19th, 2000 Ivy decides to torment the Mayor late at night until he agrees to not go ahead with plans to pave over a planted area. Not really that interesting of an episode, kinda ‘out there.’ It did give some laughs, but you really end up waiting more for it to be done with to get to the more humorous parts. Seemed to me Ivy was a bit too nice about things, but using the beanstalk as a lie detector was interesting. The animation was kinda basic, leaves it to an ok episode overall.       |
