Next, we got some "Test" Cover Art that Dan
Slott and Min S. Ku came up with. In the end, the cover was done by Butch Lukic,
but these are some other nifty covers that could’ve been. Thanks again to Dan

And here’s a little blip on what didn’t make it into this
issue:
My personal favorite of all of them is the fourth one
[cover] from this batch. In one of my original drafts I had a scene where,
before her first encounter with the JL, All-Star baked a batch of lemon
squares– and then brought them to the meeting (and Flash ate them all at
super-speed). It was pure filler– and that’s something you can’t afford to have
in a 22pg. done-in-one comic! So I preemptively cut the scene before the editor
even had a chance to see it.
