Bruce Timm on Aquaman and Despero!

Recently, rumors have been circulating that the King of the Seas Aquaman would be returning in the second season of the hit Justice League animated series. Toon Zone decided to go directly to the source – Bruce
Timm – to get a definite answer on this.
"Aquaman is DEFINITELY returning in season two…Dwayne McDuffie is writing the script even as we speak."
Aquaman was already featured in the popular two part episode The Enemy
Below. Also, a maquette based on the animated Aquaman JL design is already on the way for an early 2003 date.
Also, Bruce Timm was able to drop a nice little teasing tidbit for the second season as well:
"A week ago we recorded our two-part Despero episode, featuring Keith
David as ol’ three-eyes…"
Keith David is widely know as the voice of ‘Goliath’ in the animated
Gargoyles series, as well as the voice of ‘Spawn’ in HBO’s late Todd
McFarlane’s Spawn.
