Bio: Earth-2 was destroyed in a war that took place long ago–and during the nuclear explosion that destroyed it, a boy named Ray Thomas was transformed into a creature that could manipulate things with his mind. He had the ability to "re-build", so to speak, Sea Board City–even if it was all just a big illusion.
