Bio: Mongul was haughty. He believed nothing could bring him down. He was the undisputed ruler of War World and anyone who opposed him was either killed or threatened severely. His rule would have continued had there not been the meeting of Draaga and Superman. Their meeting (and battle) set in motion a chain of events that ended with Mongul being defeated at the hands of Draaga. When Mongul fell, Draaga handed the crown to Superman, but he refused.
