Update on Remaining “The Batman” Season Five Episodes
“Attack of the Terrible Trio” is slated to air February 2nd, 2008 on Kids’WB!.
“Attack of Terrible Trio,” “What Goes Up…,” “The End of The Batman,” and “Lost Powers, Part One” and “Lost Powers, Part Two” are the five remaining episodes of the season.
While “Attack of the Terrible Trio” is currently scheduled, more information on upcoming airdates will be revealed shortly.

“Justice League: The New Frontier” HD-DVD Release Delayed
The HD-DVD delay is due to Warner Home Video’s plans to go Blu-Ray exclusive in mid-2008. Warner stated in their original Blu-ray exclusivity announcement that although they would continue to support HD-DVD through May, their remaining HD-DVD releases will now be released three to four weeks after the Blu-Ray release.
Preliminary Cover Art to “Batman: Gotham Knight” Novelization
The Batman: Gotham Knight novelization, written by Louise Simonson, is slated for an April 29th, 2008 release.
The novelization will adapt the six short stories slated to be featured in the highly anticipated direct-to-video feature. The six short stories, taking place between 2005’s Batman Begins and the upcoming 2008 film The Dark Knight, will be written by Josh Olson, David Goyer, Brian Azzarello, Greg Rucka, Jordan Goldberg, and Alan Burnett. Each segment, featuring a different distinct anime-influenced animated style, will be directed by Bruce Timm.
Batman: Gotham Knights is slated for a June 2008 video release.
