Bio: Kurt Bowman was a police officer at the Metropolis PD before he was sentenced to death after it had turned out he killed a woman and then covered up and pinned the blame for the murder on another man. Bowman attempted to kill both Lois Lane and Clark Kent for getting too close (had Clark Kent not been Superman, he would have succeeded in finishing off Clark, multiple times), but eventually the truth came out. |
