Bio: A brilliant scientist, Mad Hatter developed cards that could control the minds of people and animals. Mad Hatter, along with Bane and Riddler, were going to partner up to takedown Gotham. Unfortunately for them, Batman (Superman in disguise) and Robin stopped their plan before they were able to set it in motion. Batman and Robin used Hatter’s knowledge of technology to look at the nanites that were on Bruce Wayne’s phone and now in his body. Hatter was unable to find a source of their existence, only that “they may have no Earthly mate.” |
