Bio: After coming to town and hanging out with the Hawkins, Shaq thinks he’s being trailed by Bang Babies. In reality, Virgil Hawkins, aka Static, is being tracked by Ferret, Hyde and Kangor. Shaq learns of Static’s identity and helps keep the villainous trio off of him while Virgil changes into his Static outfit. |
