Bio: Parents to Shenice Vale (She-Bang), Mr. and Mrs. Vale’s lives were threatened by Heavyman / Dr. Koenig when he attached bombs to their necks. If they didn’t do what he said, he would detonate them, leaving their daughter parentless and homeless. Having no other choice, they did what he said. Their daughter and Static and Gear intervened, however, and were eventually able to deactivate the collars and take out Koenig. |
