“Beware The Batman” Arrives January 2014 On Cartoon Network Canada

The CG-animated series Beware The Batman, currently airing on the Canadian network Teletoon, will make its Cartoon Network Canada debut on Saturday, January 11th, 2014 at 8:00pm (ET/PT). Beware the Batman incorporates Batman’s core characters with a rogue gallery of new villains not previously seen in animated form. Along with backup from ex-secret agent Alfred and lethal swordstress Katana, the Dark Knight faces the twisted machinations of Gotham City’s criminal underworld led by the likes of Anarky, Professor Pyg, Mister Toad and Magpie. “Batman: The Brave And The Bold,” “Green Lantern: The Animated Series,” “Young Justice” Reruns On Cartoon Network Canada

Reruns of the 65-episode series Batman: The Brave and The Bold, the entire 26-episode run of Green Lantern: The Animated Series and the first 26-episodes of Young Justice will be part of the regular Fall 2013 schedule on Cartoon Network Canada. These three series – based on popular DC Comics characters, produced by Warner Bros. Animation and critically-acclaimed – are some of the highest-rated programs on Cartoon Network Canada. The information was released through a press release announcing the upcoming season programming, including details for Teletoon, Teletoon Retro, Cartoon Network Canada, and Adult Swim. Batman: The Brave and The Bold

Building on the iconic character of Batman, this interpretation of the classic Batman franchise finds Batman teaming up with heroes from across the DC Comics Universe, delivering non-stop action and adventure with a touch of comic relief in this stylish animated series. Best of all, Batman isn’t going at it alone! Blue Beetle, Green Arrow, Aquaman and countless others will get a chance to uphold justice alongside him. Though still based in Gotham City, the Caped Crusader will frequently find himself outside city limits, facing situations that are both unfamiliar and exhilarating. With formidable foes around every corner, Batman will still rely on his stealth, resourcefulness and limitless supply of cool gadgets to bring justice home!

Green Lantern: The Animated Series

As Earth’s Green Lantern, Hal Jordan is used to being in dangerous situations — but he’s never faced anything like this! Set at the farthest reaches of deep space, Green Lantern: The Animated Series finds Hal on the Guardian Frontier, where he must face down an invasion by the Red Lantern Corps.
